Register to Exhibit at NEDME 2023

Booth Pricing is $650 and $750 before 9/1/2023 (some discounts apply):

The NEDME online payment system requires three steps.

  1. The form below will ask general information about yourself and your company. Every field is required unless marked "optional."
  2. You will provide information about your business any additional businesses and select the details of your booth.
  3. You will be automatically transferred to a secure PayPal payment screen to complete your payment. A PayPal account is not required to register. If you do not have a PayPall account, please scroll down the page to see the "I don't have a PayPal Account" option to complete your registration. All major credit cards are accepted. We have chosen to use PayPal for your security.

The following is included with your booth:

  • Company logo and 40 word description in the show guide
  • 1 — 6' x 3' table
  • 2 chairs
  • tablecloth
  • electrical services (light duty)
  • 2 lunch tickets

Sharing a booth:

An exhibitor is welcome to share their booth space with one additional party for a fee of $125 per booth. If this party would like to be included in the show guide (40 word description and company logo) a $50 fee will be assessed. Please indicate your shared booth info and if the party would like to be in the show guide under the primary exhibitor's registration.

Will there be an additional business sharing your booth?

Please note the following information prior to registering:

  • Some exhibit booths have a high backdrop and some do not. This is indicated in the next step of the registration process.
  • Descriptions & logos received after 9/1/2023 may NOT appear in the show guide.

Your company or organization may be eligible for a discount:

There is a $50 discount available to EMA and ERA members. Additionally, those that indicated interest at last years event to exhibit this year are eligible for a $50 discount.
